SRINAGAR: The Jal Shakti Department on Thursday elevated 22 Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) to the rank of Executive Engineers (XENs) and posted them against various vacant positions.
An order in this regard was issued by Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department, Shaleen Kabra.
The department, under the charge of Minister Javed Ahmed Rana, has recently undertaken a series of promotions to fill vacant posts, following the Minister’s focus on efficient cadre management.
In the past two weeks, several Superintending Engineers (SEs) and Executive Engineers (XENs) have also been elevated to strengthen the department’s senior ranks.
