SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department has ordered the transfer and posting of several senior finance officers with immediate effect as part of an administrative reshuffle.
According to Government Order No. 266-F of 2026, Rajesh Chander Kotwal, Director Accounts and Treasuries, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, School Education Department, replacing Kulbushan Kumar.
Anil Kumar Dogra, Director Finance, Revenue Department, has been posted as Director Accounts and Treasuries, Jammu, in place of Kotwal.
Kulbushan Kumar has been transferred as Director Finance, ARI & Trainings Department. He will also hold the additional charge of the Tribal Affairs Department until further orders and the relieving of Iftikhar Hussain Chouhan from the additional charge.
Santosh Kumari, Director Finance, J&K Power Development Corporation, has been posted as Director Finance, Labour & Employment Department.
Naila Zahoor, Director Finance, Accountancy Training Institute, Srinagar, has been transferred as Director Finance, Youth Services and Sports Department, relieving Jasvinder Singh of the additional charge.
Shahid Majeed Kakroo, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from the ARI & Trainings Department and posted as Director Finance, Jal Shakti Department.
Harjeet Kour, also promoted as Director Finance, has been transferred from the J&K Power Development Corporation and directed to await further orders of adjustment in the Directorate General of Accounts and Treasuries.
Manav Gupta, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from the Home Department and posted as Director Finance, J&K Power Development Corporation, replacing Santosh Kumari.
Amit Mahajan, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from the J&K Medical Supplies Corporation and posted as Director Finance, Cooperative Department, relieving Rashim Deepika of the additional charge.
Premlata Patial, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from the Audit & Inspections Department and posted as Director Finance, J&K Power Corporation Limited.
Rashim Deepika, on promotion as Director Finance, will continue in the Tourism Department until further orders.
