SRINAGAR: The Directorate General of Accounts and Treasuries (DGAT), Jammu and Kashmir, has directed in-service Assistant Accounts Officers (AAOs) figuring at serial numbers 203 to 264 in the tentative seniority list of the Jammu and Kashmir Subordinate Accounts Service Class-I to submit their Annual Performance Reports (APRs) for the last five years and detailed posting records within 15 days.
According to a notice issued by the Human Resource Management (HRM) Section of the Directorate General of Accounts and Treasuries, the direction applies to officers included in the tentative seniority list notified vide Notification No. DGAT-E-10Misc/32/2026-01/7862780/82 dated June 8, 2026.
The officers have been asked to furnish APRs for the previous five years along with their posting details in the prescribed format enclosed with the notice.
The Finance Department said the required documents must reach the Directorate within 15 days from the date of issuance of the notice.
It warned that incomplete submissions or documents received after the stipulated deadline would not be entertained.
