SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional charge of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mission Youth to IAS officer Vivek Agarwal, who is currently serving as Director Employment, Jammu and Kashmir, and holds additional charge of CEO, Mission YUVA.
The order was issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) on October 29, 2026, under Government Order No. 1697-JK(GAD) of 2026.
“In the interest of administration,” the order states, Agarwal, an AGMUT cadre officer of the 2021 batch, shall hold the additional charge of CEO, Mission Youth, alongside his existing responsibilities until further orders.
