Jammu Kashmir: Govt Issues November Roster for Administrative Secretaries at Civil Secretariat Srinagar

   

SRINAGAR: The Jammu Kashmir Government on Wednesday issued the official schedule detailing the presence of Administrative Secretaries at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar for November 2025.

As per Government Order No. 1407-JK(GAD) of 2025, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), senior officers from different departments will attend the Secretariat on a rotational basis to maintain smooth administrative operations and ensure timely disposal of public grievances and official matters.

According to the schedule, Anil Kumar Singh (IAS), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works (RB) Department, and Mohammad Aijaz (IAS), Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, will remain available from November 3-7, 2025.

From November 10-14, Shantmanu (IAS), Financial Commissioner (ACS), Higher Education Department, along with Naveen S.L (IAS), Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, will be on duty at the Secretariat.

Between 17 and 21 November, Shailendra Kumar (IAS), Financial Commissioner (ACS), Agriculture Production Department, and Dr Piyush Singla (IAS), Secretary, Information Technology Department, will attend office at the Civil Secretariat.

For the concluding week, 24 to 28 November 2025, Dr Ashish Chandra Verma (IAS), Financial Commissioner (ACS), Tourism Department, and Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah (IAS), Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, will be present.

The GAD order noted that the monthly roster has been framed to enhance administrative coordination and ensure efficient handling of departmental affairs and citizen-related concerns at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
