SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of two Zonal Education Officers and three lecturers in the School Education Department with immediate effect.
According to Government Order No. 355-JK (Edu) of 2026, issued on August 31, Fayaz Ahmad Harray has been transferred from the post of Zonal Education Officer, Chenani, and posted as Zonal Education Officer, Pampore.
Shahnaz Ahmad Malik, who was serving as Zonal Education Officer, Pampore, has been transferred and posted as Zonal Education Officer, Chenani.
Raj Kumar Badyal, Zonal Education Officer, Bhagwah in Doda, has been directed to join as Zonal Education Officer, Ramnagar, on September 1, following the superannuation of the present incumbent.
Among the lecturers, Shahnaz Kousar, Lecturer in Persian at Higher Secondary School Seeri, Nowshera, has been transferred to Higher Secondary School Kakora against the post held by Nasim Akhter.
Nasim Akhter, Lecturer in Persian at Higher Secondary School Kakora, has been transferred and posted at Higher Secondary School Manjakote.
