SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has posted nine newly appointed Hindi lecturers to higher secondary schools across Jammu division, with immediate effect.
The postings were issued by the School Education Department through Government Order No. 408-JK(Edu) of 2026, dated September 28, 2026.
The lecturers had been appointed earlier under Government Order No. 271-JK(Edu) of 2026, dated July 8, 2026, and had subsequently reported to the Directorate of School Education, Jammu, where they were awaiting further adjustment.
Arti Devi has been posted to HSS Filler in Kishtwar, while Shivani Langeh will join HSS Arnia in Jammu. Poonam Padha has been posted to HSS Gharota, Jammu, and Shallu Devi to HSS Purmandal in Samba.
Indra Devi has been assigned HSS Bani in Kathua, while Mehnaz Begum has been posted to BHSS R.S. Pura, Jammu.
Kusam Lata will join HSS Chingus in Rajouri, Suraksha Devi has been posted to HSS Nagseni in Kishtwar, and Komal Sharma to HSS Dablehar in Jammu.
The nine appointees comprise Arti Devi (OM/RBA), Shivani Langeh (OM/ALC), Poonam Padha (OM), Shallu Devi (OM), Indra Devi (RBA), Mehnaz Begum (ST-1), Kusam Lata (ST-2), Suraksha Devi (ST-2) and Komal Sharma (EWS).
