SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of officials across various departments with immediate effect, according to a government order issued on October 13.
Government Order No. 1630-JK(GAD) of 2026 was issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) in the interest of administration.
Under the order, Zahoor Ahmad Dar, Private Secretary, has been transferred from the Information Technology Department to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, where he will work with the Administrative Secretary.
Shafiqa Akhter, Private Secretary, has been shifted from the Social Welfare Department to the Information Technology Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.
Robinder Singh, Private Secretary, has been transferred from the Social Welfare Department to the Skill Development Department, where he will also work with the Administrative Secretary.
Nissar Ahmad Bhat, Private Secretary, has been shifted from the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs to the Skill Development Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.
Shafia Hassan, Senior Stenographer, has been transferred from the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs to the Social Welfare Department, where she will work with the Administrative Secretary.
Meanwhile, Qysir Ahmad Mir, Senior Stenographer, who was awaiting an adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs to work with the Administrative Secretary.
