SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh has revised the allocation of administrative districts, tribunals and authorities among its judges, with the new arrangement coming into effect from August 10.
The allocation was issued by Registrar General M.K. Sharma through Order No. 1233 of 2026/RG dated August 7, superseding all previous orders on the subject.
Under the revised arrangement, Justice Sindhu Sharma has been assigned Srinagar, MACT Srinagar, the Special Tribunal Srinagar, the One Man Forest Authority and Budgam.
Justice Rajnesh Oswal will oversee Jammu, MACT Jammu, the Special Tribunal Jammu, the Labour Court and Industrial Tribunal, the Sales Tax Appellate Authority and Leh.
Justice Sanjay Dhar has been allocated Anantnag and Kathua, while Justice Mohd. Akram Chowdhary will look after Rajouri and Pulwama.
Justice Rahul Bharti has been assigned Udhampur and Kulgam, and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi will oversee Baramulla and Doda.
Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal has been assigned Kupwara and Samba, while Justice Rajesh Sekhri will oversee Kishtwar and Ganderbal.
Justice Mohammad Yousuf Wani has been allocated Shopian and Poonch, while Justice Sanjay Parihar will look after Reasi and Kargil.
Justice Shahzad Azeem has been assigned Ramban and Bandipora.
The High Court has directed the Principal District and Sessions Judges of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to circulate the order among judicial officers under their respective territorial jurisdictions.
