SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional charges of three Superintending Engineers (Mechanical) to senior officers in the Jal Shakti Department with immediate effect.
The orders were issued under Government Order No. 130-JK (JSD) of 2026 dated August 3, 2026, by the Jal Shakti Department.
According to the order, Nawaz Ahmad Bhat, Superintending Engineer and Technical Advisor, Jal Jeevan Mission Jammu, will also hold the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, Irrigation and Flood Control Mechanical Circle, Srinagar.
Sunil Seth, Superintending Engineer, Hydraulic Circle Doda, has been assigned the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, Irrigation and Flood Control Mechanical Circle, Jammu.
Vaneet Vaid, Superintending Engineer with the Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources Regulatory Authority (JKWRRA), will additionally hold the charge of Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Mechanical Circle, Rural Jammu.
The department said the arrangements had been made in the interest of administration and would take effect immediately.
