JAMMU: The authorities on Thursday announced a 10-day winter vacation for schools in the summer zone of Jammu division from December 26
According to an order, all schools in the summer zone will observe winter vacation from December 26 to January 04.
“It is hereby ordered that all Government and recognised Private Schools of Summer zone of Jammu Division shall observe winter vacation from December 26 to January 04,” reads the order.
It reads all teachers shall remain available on demand for any online guidance of students during the vacation period.
“Any default on part of the Head of the Schools and Teaching staff in observance of the above schedule shall attract action under Rules,” it reads. (KNO)
