SRINAGAR: The University of Jammu has postponed all examinations scheduled from May 8 to May 10, 2025, due to the prevailing war-like situation and related disturbances along the border areas.
“It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that due to the prevailing war-like situation and consequent disturbances along the border areas, all University Examinations scheduled to be held from 8th May to 10th May, 2025, as per the date sheet(s) already issued by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, stand postponed,” reads the notification issued by the Joint Registrar (Examinations Conduct), University of Jammu.
The notification further states that fresh dates for the postponed examinations will be notified separately in due course.
“All concerned stakeholders are requested to remain in touch with the University website and official communication channels for further updates,” it added, while regretting the inconvenience caused.
