With Jhelum flowing above alarming level at South Kahsmir’s Sangam, the flood threat is once again doing rounds in valley.

At 10am, the Irrigation and Flood Control Department measured Jhelum 21.40 ft at Sangam, 17.00 ft at Ram MunshiBagh and 3.91 ft at Asham in north Kashmir.

The latest figures show a rising level of Jhelum, making people living in low-lying areas restive ahead of Eid.
