JK Bank Launches ‘Staff Friendly’ Intranet Site with ‘New-Look’



Streamlining its internal communication further, J&K Bank Tuesday launched its newly designed Intranet, which is the enterprise wide unified portal meant for dissemination of information across the organization.

The Bank’s Chairman & CEO Mushtaq Ahmad made the application operational with a click in presence of Senior Presidents, Presidents and other senior officers.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman said, “With a view to streamline the process of internal communication further, we have revamped the bank’s intranet which is an effective platform meant for dissemination of information across the organisation and can prove to be a unifying portal for sharing and managing knowledge within the institution. It is valuable step aimed at making the internal communication paper-less at all levels within the organisation.”

Better internal communication shall expectedly improve the efficient delivery of customer-services also, he said.

“We shall not stop here. We shall work consistently to improve upon the existing systems and procedures not only to speed the things up but to make them more efficient, more secure and more satisfying,” he added.
