SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Bank has lost yet another officer to Covid19.
Identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, he was a senior officer at Kashmir South 2, Cluster Anantnag.
He was a resident of Kadipora Anantnag.
Officials who knew Khan said he was gentle and hardworking but had underline co-morbidities. He had a kidney transplant and was diabetic.
“He picked the infection from the branch while working and infect many of his colleagues who were unwell because of the infection while working,” the officer said. “WE desperately cried that the bank officials should be vaccinated but the health department took a long time.”
Khan is survived by three daughter – all studying – one doing masters, another in college and the third one in the higher secondary school. His wife is a homemaker.
