Expressing serious concern over the “conspiring silence” of J&K government over  enforcement of SARFAESI act in the state, the Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) Chairman Haji Muhammad Yasin Khan Wednesday said the Peoples Democratic Party led coalition is working on the diktats of the rightwing forces.

Mohammad Yaseen Khan

Khan, who also heads the Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation said on multiple occasions the state government remained silent to implement anti Kashmir agenda.

“The Chief Minister must rise to the occasion. We don’t want statements from government, we want action that upholds and safeguards interests of the state,”Khan said.

Khan said till now the role of the state government has been of a facilitator of SARFAESI act in the state and that the business community will never tolerate this.

“After months, the business activities have just been limping back and instead of creating conducive environment the government is paving way for more controversies. This is intolerable,” Khan said.

He said the KEA and KTMF would be the last to tolerate conspiracies against Kashmir. “We have already sacrificed a lot and we don’t mind sacrificing more for the cause of this nation,” he said.
