Jammu and Kashmir Yateem Foundation Thursday termed the allegations baseless that candidates for the posts of Project Coordinator and Field Supervisor were selected on the basis of favours and nepotism.

Scores of post graduate students possessing Masters in Social Work (MSW) had alleged that Jammu and Kashmir Yateem Foundation ignored them for their project despite the fact that they were eligible for the posts of Project Coordinator and Field Supervisor. These candidates alleged that Yateem Foundation selected blue-eyed persons as the nepotism runs high in the Foundation Board. This news report filed by CNS was carried by a section of press.

In a press statement issued to CNS, Jammu and Kashmir Yateem Foundation has said that Foundation in consultation with Save The Children, issued advertisement with clear details about eligibility criteria keeping in view the requirements and preferences.
