JKAS 2025 Batch Deputed for Four-Month District Training Across Jammu Kashmir 

   

SRINAGAR: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has deputed Junior Scale JKAS probationers of the 2025 batch for a four-month district training programme across various districts of the Union Territory following the completion of their training at JK IMPA and RD.

According to Government Order No. 780-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated April 13, 2026, issued by the General Administration Department (Services), Civil Secretariat, the probationers have been directed to report to the Deputy Commissioners of their allotted districts, as specified in Annexure-A, for structured field training. The order was issued by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government M. Raju.

The four-month district training will be conducted under the supervision of the respective Deputy Commissioners in coordination with the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Senior Superintendent of Police, and the District Treasury Officer concerned. The training schedule includes a two-month attachment with the Deputy Commissioner’s office, followed by 20 days each with the Judicial Magistrate, SDPO/SHO office, and the District Treasury.

The government has directed that Deputy Commissioners shall oversee and coordinate the entire training process, while a phased and detailed schedule, including specific dates for each attachment, will be finalized at the district level to ensure meaningful exposure and effective training outcomes. The salary of the probationers during the training period will be drawn and disbursed by the General Administration Department upon submission of performance or work certificates issued by the concerned Deputy Commissioners.

A total of 24 probationers have been assigned to different districts: Iqra Farooq (Pulwama), Vasudha Sharma (Doda), Tasneem Kabir Dar (Kupwara), Nadeem Ahmed (Poonch), Shruti R Sharma (Reasi), Afiya Javaid (Anantnag), Tushar Mahajan (Ramban), Ritik Gupta (Kishtwar), Akanksha Sharma (Poonch), Ayush Abrol (Kathua), Sakshi Parihar (Doda), Ghulam Jallani (Rajouri), Wikas Bin Hassan (Bandipora), Hameem Akhter (Udhampur), Danyal Ghani (Bandipora), Manpreet Kour (Samba), Sumit Kumar Kaith (Ramban), Muneeb Afzal Parrah (Kulgam), Manik Gandhi (Reasi), Priyanka Sharma (Udhampur), Waqar Ahmed (Poonch), Ishrat Hussain (Rajouri), Sajad Ahmad Lone (Shopian), and Sunali Verma (Kathua).
