SRINAGAR: DySP Aamir Amin Bhat (JKAS), from Ujroo, Langate, passed away on Saturday due to a sudden cardiac arrest. The news of his demise has left colleagues and the local community in shock and grief.
His twin brother, Danish Amin also has qualified JKAS and his posted as DySP in Kathua. Their father runs a fruit business.
Bhat, a member of the junior JKAS 2024 batch, was known for his dedication, sincerity, and strong commitment to public service. Despite being new to the force, he had quickly earned the respect and admiration of both colleagues and residents for his professionalism and integrity.
The loss of DySP Aamir Amin Bhat has deeply saddened both the administration and the people of his native area. Aamir’s funeral prayers will be held at his native village in Ujroo, Langate. (JKNS)
