Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik booked under PSA, said front spokesman.
According to front spokesman Malik was arrested on February 22, 2019, and was kept under detention at Police station Kothibagh.
“Today morning he was informed that he has been booked under PSA and will be shifted to Kot Balwal jail,” said the spokesman.
“JKLF strongly condemns this “arbitrary arrest” and use of PSA against a political leader and terms it as a “glaring display of frustration” by Indian rulers and their abettors in Jammu Kashmir,” the spokesman said.
