Keeping in view the overall weather and road conditions, the traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu highway continues to move from one side. The traffic on Thursday was thrown open from Srinagar to Jammu.
An official said that the highway is open for one-way traffic. Vehicles are being allowed to move from Srinagar to Jammu today.
Meanwhile, on the historical Mughal road, and Srinagar-Sonamarg, Gumri road traffic movement remained closed due to the accumulation of snow. People are requested to undertake a journey only after confirming the status of the road.
