JKLF had planned a sit-in in Lal Chowk today to protest against Pulwama killings. However, police arrested dozens of protestors, thus foiling the sit-in.
Before solidarity procession, participants organized a funeral in absentia in Abiguzar Chowk for wife of JKLF founder Mohammad Maqbool Bhat who breathed her last on Tuesday in Karachi.
Hundreds of people from different groups participated in the funeral prayers led by JKLF Vice chairman, Showkat Ahmad Bakshi.
