SRINAGAR: The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference on Tuesday appointed Tahir Sayeed as the party’s Spokesperson for Kashmir. Abrar Hameed, Sandeep Singh Wazir, and Akash Verma have been appointed as additional spokespersons.
According to a statement issued by the party’s Communications Wing, the appointments were made on the direction of Party President Dr Farooq Abdullah.
“Tahir Sayeed has been nominated to represent the party as Spokesperson, Kashmir. Abrar Hameed, Sandeep Singh Wazir, and Akash Verma will serve as additional spokespersons,” the statement said.
The party conveyed best wishes to the appointees in their new roles, stating that they will represent the National Conference and raise public concerns through various media platforms.
