In a communique issued by JKPSC, it was revealed that following a meeting held on August 22, 2023, and the completion of interviews, the Commission made the decision to declare the results for all candidates who participated in the interview stage.

Additionally, the Commission announced that it would disclose candidates’ aggregate marks and publish a list of those summoned for Medical Examination, in accordance with the relevant regulations.

This development stems from the General Administration Department’s referral of 220 vacant positions to the JKPSC on April 18, 2022, for fulfillment through the Combined Competitive Examination. Subsequently, these vacancies were advertised by the Commission on April 19, 2022.

The Preliminary Examination for CCE-2022 took place on July 31, 2022, with a total of 23,571 candidates participating. The preliminary examination results were announced on August 18, 2022. Of these, 4,944 candidates were deemed eligible to appear for the Main (Written) examination, which occurred from February 20, 2023, to March 2, 2023. Out of these, 3,891 candidates participated in the Main examination, and 787 candidates qualified for the interview/personality test, conducted from July 10, 2023, to August 22, 2023.

To facilitate candidates’ convenience, this year, JKPSC requested the Health & Medical Education Department to conduct medical examinations at newly established Medical Colleges, in addition to GMC Jammu/Srinagar. All selected candidates are required to attend medical examinations on August 23 and 24, 2023, at any of the Government Medical Colleges (GMC) such as GMC Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag, Baramulla, Doda, Handwara, Kathua, Rajouri, or Udhampur. They are instructed to bring six photographs along with them.

Anmol Rathore, daughter of Rajiv Rathore and a Law Graduate, achieved the top position, securing an impressive 1084.50 marks. The Commission extended its congratulations to her on this remarkable achievement.

It’s worth noting that JKPSC had previously declared the results of CCE-2021 in January 2023. Today’s announcement marks the successful conclusion of the selection process, which included three stages: the preliminary examination, the mains, and the personality test/viva voce, all completed within a span of 16 months.
