SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the examination schedule for several Home Department posts, including Sub-Inspector and Constable, with computer-based written tests set to begin from November 29.
According to a notification issued by the Board, the examinations will be conducted in Online Mode (OMR-based Computer-Based Test) for various posts advertised under different recruitment notifications.
As per the schedule, the examination for the Sub-Inspector post (Notification No. 02 of 2024, Item No. 07) will be held on November 29, 2026.
The written examination for Constable (Executive) posts (Item Nos. 273-274 under Notification No. 12 of 2025) is scheduled for December 13, while the examination for Constable (Armed/IRP/SDRF) (Item Nos. 323-324 under Notification No. 14 of 2025) will be conducted on December 20.
The Board has also scheduled the examination for Sub-Inspector (Telecommunication) (Item No. 272 under Notification No. 11 of 2025) on December 23. The tests for Constable (Telecommunication) and Constable (Photographer), both advertised under Notification No. 15 of 2025, will be held on December 27 and December 30, respectively.
JKSSB said admit cards for all examinations will be issued seven days before the respective examination dates. Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the Board’s official website for updates and further instructions.
