JAMMU: The Chief Engineer (Distribution) of Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) has announced scheduled power outages for various regions on November 17 due to maintenance work.
The power supply to the Battal Ballian, Industrial, and nearby areas will be affected from 8 am to 2 pm. Similarly, outages will impact Jakh, Jogpur, Sarore, Patli Industry, and adjoining areas from 7 am to 1 pm.
In Hatli Village, Khanyara, Hote, Mehtabpur, Maroli, and surrounding areas, power will be disrupted from 8 am to 11 am. Industrial Units, including CTM, MD Enterprises, and Knit Fab, will face outages from 8 am to 1 pm.
For Doda and its nearby areas, the power will be interrupted from 8 am to 3 pm. Prabble, Humble, and Marmat will experience outages on both November 17 and November 20 from 9 am to 2 pm.
The power supply to Siot, Lamberi, Bagnoti, Narian, Nowshera, Jaba Deeing Syal, Nonial, Manpur, Chowki-Jangher, Qila, Darhal, Rajpora, Laroka, and neighboring areas will also be affected on November 17 and 20 from 9 am to 2 pm.
Additionally, Ramban, Sumber, Sangaldan, Gandhari, Gool, Dharan, and surrounding regions will face power interruptions on November 17 from 10 am to 3 pm.
Shiva Nagar, Kalibari, Janglote, Patel Nagar, Ward No. 1, Ramneek Vihar, Sawan Chack, Shastri Nagar, PHE, CTM, GMC, Hospital, and nearby areas will experience outages on November 17 from 7 am to 2 pm.
Residents and businesses are advised to plan accordingly to minimise inconvenience during the scheduled maintenance work.
