SRINAGAR: The Superintending Engineer (Distribution), Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL), OM Circle, Kathua, has announced that electricity supply to Chainpura and its adjoining areas will remain affected for three consecutive days — October 28, 29, and 30 — from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
According to the official communication, the temporary disruption is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance and repair works on the power distribution network in the region.
Residents and commercial establishments in the affected areas have been advised to make necessary arrangements to avoid inconvenience during the scheduled outage.
JPDCL has urged consumers to cooperate with the maintenance teams and assured that power supply will be restored promptly after the completion of the required works.
