States pan Islamist organization Jama’at-e-Islami (JeI) J&K Tuesday strongly condemned apprehending of JKLF chief Mohammed Yasin Malik, Qazi Yasir and their colleagues in Islamabad today
“JeI condemns the fascistic attitude of the government in power here and its anti-Muslim communal agenda which has made the life of the people a hell,” JeI spokesperson said in late evening statement issued to press.
“Even the oppressed people are not allowed to protests against the state sponsored atrocities upon them and in this way a reign of terror has been imposed upon the hapless population only they demand their genuine birth right of the Self Determination also promised to them by the government of India through the United Nations Organization,” the JeI statement said.
“JeI strongly denounces the police action of apprehending Mohammed Yasin Malik and Qazi Amanullah and their colleagues while peacefully protesting against the state terrorism in Islamabad and mercilessly thrashing some of them,” the statement added.
