Kashmir Flooded: Police rescued 400 people in Shopian, 14 familes in Kokernag

SRINAGAR

Police in collaboration with civil administration Friday rescued 400 people from villages Rakh Litter, Wachi and Zainapora along with their cattle and have been shifted to safer places.

Meanwhile, the whole Kanyari village about 150 families is being shifted to degree college Sumbal. Vehicles of 13-RR and police are being used being used.

In Kokernag Islamabad, 14 families comprising upon 96 family members were rescued at Mati Bidhar and have been shifted to safer places.
