EidAfter Pakistan declared that Eid-ul-Fitr would be celebrated on Wednesday, state cleric Mufti Bashir-ud-Din late Tuesday night said that Kashmir too will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr tomorrow.

At around 10:09 PM, Mufti Munib-ur-Rehman of Central Hilal Committee declared that Shawal moon was sighted across sub-continent as well as Pakistan. He quoted witnesses from all major cities of Pakistan.

Eid-ul-Fitr comes to an end 29-day 1437 Ramzan in Kashmir. This will be after 30 years that Kashmir along with Pakistan will celebrate Eid with Saudi Arabia.

Up to 2015, Saudi Arabia would celebrate a day ahead of South Asia.

Mufti Bashir-ud-Din made an announcement through state run Radio and Kashir channel that Eid-ul-Fitr would be celebrated tomorrow across Kashmir.
