Islamic University of Science and Technology and the University of Kashmir on Tuesday said that the examinations scheduled for August 2 have been postponed.
“In view of concerns expressed by students vis-a-vis transportation Kashmir University examinations scheduled on August 2, 2017 (Wednesday) have been postponed, a spokesperson of the varsity said. Fresh dates for the deferred examinations shall be notified separately, later.
A spokesperson of IUST informed Kashmir Life that the university has decided to postpone all the examinations scheduled for Wednesday, August 2 due to the prevailing situation.
Pertinently, government on Tuesday issued an order directing all the educational institutions of the valley to remain shut on Wednesday.
