SRINAGAR: Dr Habibullah Shah, Assistant Professor at the Directorate of Distance Education, University of Kashmir, delivered a lecture at the School of Education, University of Helsinki, Finland about the use of Artificial Intelligence and Special Education.

Representatives from the Ministry of Education, professors, educators, and students from several Finnish universities made up the event’s audience.
