A Kashmiri doctor has been awarded by world renowned Association of Children’s Prosthetic-Ortho Clinics (ACPOC) in the United States of America for his research in orthopaedics.
Dr Burhan Dhar, who is the head of Orthopaedic and Prosthetic department at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has been invited by the ACPOC program chair, Robert D Lipschtz to receive the First Place New Investigator Research Award for his best research paper in April this year at the annual meeting of the body in Colorado in USA.
D Burhan will be receiving the cash award, citation and a one-year free membership for his best research. (KNS)
