#KashmirNow: ‘Awantipora Youth Brought Dead To SMHS’

One youth was injured when forces opened fire on unarmed protestors in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. However, he succumbed to on way to SMHS.

MS SMHS told Kashmir Life, “one youth who was hit by bullet as well as pellets was brought to our hospital dead.”

He identified the slain youth as Mushtaq Ahmad, s/o Bashir Ahmad, r/o Awantipora.

Meanwhile, reports reaching here said that two youths were rushed to Pampore hospital where from they were referred to SMHS Srinagar.

“One youth who was hit by bullet in his head brought to Pampore hospital but doctors referred him to SHMS,” sources from Pampore hospital said.

The sources said that another youth was hit by pellets and he too was shifted to SMHS.

The identity of the duo, who was accompanied by three attendants, could not be ascertained immediately.

    Most important thing is its 26 years since Army deputed in Valley but still no peace … Civilians dont fear guns or army & do aggressive protests by hitting army / throwing stones on army attacking police stations & going against Law every moment…
    this has to be understood that any country be it India or Pakistan will not tolerate People from its soil agitating against its own army/ Government or Constitution irrespective of any religion they belong. SO what Indian army is doing is need of time and protesters who blindly protest after getting provoked by Separatist leader will have to face serious outcome .
