Scores of the people assembled at Srinagar’s press colony shouting slogans, “Hindu Gods are angry because their names are being used to save the rapist,” “Asifa ke Qatilo ko Fasi Doh,” “Justice for Asifa,” “Hang the culprits,” and demanded a strict action against the culprits involved in the heinous crime.

The protestors also demanded to sack the BJP’s two cabinet ministers Lal Sing and C P Ganga from the party, so that they won’t be able to support such type of crime again.

“Asifa’s is worldly known know, she should be given a justice by hanging the monsters involved in the case,” said a lady protestor, wishing anonymity. “Once the culprits will be hanged the heinous act won’t be hopefully repeated again,” she added.
