KCCI expresses grief over ‘continuous use of gun and gruesome methods against the youth’

   

Srinagar: Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Inc) (KCCI) Tuesday expressed grief over the prevailing situation in valley.

In a statement the President (KCCI) Mushtaq Ahmad Wani while expressing grief and anger over the “continuous use of gun and gruesome methods of torture against the youth mostly school children’s male and female resulting in death and injury.”

“The entire business community is anxious about the unending disturbance as it is going to cause threat to all walks of life in the coming days,” he said and added that while the business in general is in jeopardy the education and children’s future is at stake.

He urged the government to take immediate steps and involve stake holders to help settle the basic contentious issues before any further untoward and uncontrollable creeps into worsen the situation.

“The security forces need to be directed to show maximum restrain while dealing with the protesters,” said Mushtaq.
