As hundreds of Kerosene dealers held protest against the Union Oil Ministry move to curtail share of Kerosene to valley, Governor NN Vohra Tuesday ordered an inquiry into the complaints.
“Governor has directed the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Rohit Kansal for an immediate report in the matter,” a statement issued by Raj Bhawan said.
Kansal has also been asked to review the position regarding all essential commodities and send a detailed report to the Governor by Jan 14.
Similar directions, according to the statement, have been issued to Divisional Commissioner Jammu.
