As a part of widening ties entailed in the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Tahira Khanam’s Educational/Health care trust and Medanta Medicity–Gurgaon, the up-gradation of nursing training is the latest endevour.
The statement issued to a local news agency, KNS, mentions that the nursing students being trained in Khanam’s Paramedical Sciences Institute [PMS] Lawaypora would henceforth have the added advantage of getting top quality nursing training in Medanta-a world class Medicity.
Talking to KNS, Dr Javid Iqbal—Academic Controller and Coordinator in Khanam’s PMS said that the first batch of trainees would be leaving on October 25. He further mentioned that the trainees would be provided free accommodation, as well as stipend during the training period.
