SRINAGAR

As the fourth phase of elections is in progress, Srinagar’s four assembly constituencies crossed the 2008 poll percentage mark, so far. Pertinently, all eyes are set on Srinagar which has been majorly staying away from polls.

First it was Amira Kadal constituency which crossed the 2008 mark at 12:00 noon on Sunday.
