Jama’at-e-Islami (JeI) Jammu and Kashmir Saturday expressed its deep shock over the killing of an innocent three year old baby in mysterious firing by some unknown gunman upon a young person of village Sagipora Handwara who lost his life instantly.
“These mysterious killings ought to be probed by some impartial international judicial commission so as to disclose this vicious game plan and the powers at its back,” JeI said in a statement this evening. “It seems that in order to create an atmosphere of terror and cause disruption amongst the Kashmiri people, this plan has been devised very articulately.”
Jama’at cautioned the people about the “nefarious designs of the enemy” and appeals them to remain vigilant against the “divisive forces and not to be swayed away by these vicious propaganda”.
JeI, the statement said, also expressed its deep shock over the “custodial killing of another youth in the Tangmarg area and extends its solidarity with the bereaved families.”
