SRINAGAR: Crime Branch Jammu on Wednesday conducted a raid at an ultrasound clinic in Kishtwar district as part of its investigation into the alleged rape and subsequent death of a minor girl.
The investigation into the case was handed over to the Crime Branch on Saturday, following the rape and death of the girl in Kishtwar district.
The teenager was allegedly raped by her school teacher over a period of several months. She died on August 20 while undergoing a pregnancy termination procedure.
The raid at the ultrasound clinic was conducted in connection with the ongoing investigation.
