The teaching department of the main and satellite campuses (Kashmir) of the University of Kashmir shall remain closed for summer vacation from August 16 to 25, an officials communication said.
“An order to this effect was issued on Friday by Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs) University of Kashmir,” PRO of the varsity in a statement said.
“The teaching department of the main and satellite campuses (Kashmir) shall close for summer vacation from August 16 to 25,” reads an order No. F (summer vacation) DAA/KU dated18-10-2018.
The order further reads that the administrative officers, the support system of the departments shall function normally. “And the heads of the departments shall ensure that the examination, entrance test for admission to PG programmes are conducted as per schedule.” it reads.
