SRINAGAR: Tada Court on Friday granted bail to Kashmir University student Aqib Ahmad Malik, who was booked under stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) on July 25.
According to family, the court after hearing the counsel for Aaqib granted bail to him on October 23, 2020.
Aaqib a student of Biochemistry at Kashmir University, from Aglar, Pinjora in Shopian district was detained under UAPA on July 25 and was lodged in Central Jail Srinagar.
