Kashmir University Vice-Chancellor addressed two-day function in university’s south-campus.

“Jammu and Kashmir has huge potential for establishment of world-class enterprises and there is a need to change the mindset and provide practical exposure to students on entrepreneurship development,” VC Prof Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi said at the conference as per, university spokesperson.

Addressing valedictory function of two-day national-level conference “Entrepreneurship opportunities and Challenges in the Contemporary World”, organised by the Department of Management Studies at University’s South Campus, Prof Andrabi emphasised the need for promoting entrepreneurship as a career choice to tackle the emerging problem of unemployment in the state.

Prof Andrabi also discussed the university’s resolve in taking up entrepreneurship development on priority.
