Injured in clashes in North Kashmir’s Kupwara, Sajad Ahmad Bhat, was rushed to SMHS Srinagar.
Sources said that Sajad Ahmad Bhat, s/o Gh Ahmad Bhat, r/o Poshpora Kupwara was hit by a tear gas shell in head at Bypass, Shell.
“He is stable,” MS SMHS told Kashmir Life, “no need to worry.”
Protests erupted in Kupwara Friday afternoon against civilian killings.
Five persons have been killed in forces firing in North Kashmir’s Kupwara since last Tuesday after protests erupted against an alleged molestation bid by an army man in main Handwara town.
