SRINAGAR: The Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh has ordered the immediate transfer and posting of three Executive Engineers in the Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Irrigation and Flood Control (IFC) Department.
The transfers were ordered under Order No. 86-LA(PHE/IFC) of 2026, dated July 29, 2026, and will remain in force until further orders.
According to the order, Kacho Mumtaz Ali Khan, Executive Engineer in the PHE Division, Leh, has been transferred and posted as Executive Engineer, IFC Division, Kargil.
Furman Ali, Executive Engineer, Hydraulic Division, Zanskar, has been posted as Executive Engineer, PHE Division, Leh.
Meanwhile, Ghulam Hussain, Executive Engineer, IFC Division, Kargil, has been transferred to the post of Executive Engineer, Hydraulic Division, Zanskar.
The order was issued in the interest of administration and on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
