A lady died while nine others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley, police said on Monday.
A Truck bearing registration number JK03C/6615 hit a pedestrian Jameela wife of Abdul Hamid Mir resident of Khargund, Qazigund near Court Road Qazigund, Kulgam, resulting in her on spot death.
A Tavera bearing registration number JK05C/2654 skidded off the road at Veerwan near Pandith Colony, Baramulla, resulting in injuries to six passengers including driver of the vehicle. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Maruti Car bearing registration number JK05B/2095 and Wagon-R bearing registration number JK05C/8354 collided on Highway at Choor, Sopore, resulting in injuries to three persons. All the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital, Pattan for treatment.
