A 52 year old woman was found hanging in Leh Friday evening.
Giving details SHO Police station Leh said that a 52 year old lady Tsering Yangskit daughter Punchok Namgiyal resident of Shey Yokma was found hanging in her store room in mysterious conditions.
According to spokesmna, Leh Police after conducting medico-legal formalities handed over the body of deceased lady to her legal heirs for last rites.
In this regard, Leh Police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC and investigation has been taken up to ascertain the cause of death.
