In the backdrop of an encounter in Larnoo village of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, mobile internet services have been suspended in the district for “precautionary measures”.
An official said that the service was suspended to “prevent law and order situation” following an encounter in the district.
The gunfight raged in Laroo village of the district today morning between government forces and militants. so far, three militants have been killed and two army men have sustained injuries.
Meanwhile, clashes between the government forces and people were also reported near the gunfight site.
