SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governer of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha has condemned the militant attack in Gagangeer area of Ganderbal district. He expressed his condolences and assured action against those who are responsible.
Tweeting on social media platform X, Manoj Sinha wrote, “I strongly condemn the heinous terrorist attack on civilians in Gagangeer. I assure the people that those behind this despicable act will not go unpunished. We have given full freedom to J and K Police, Army and Security forces.”
As per reports, five non-local labourers and a local doctor have been killed. There are several injured who have been referred to SKIMS, Soura.
He expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and prayed for recovery of injured people. “Our brave personnel are on the ground & they will ensure terrorists pay a very heavy price for their action. My heartfelt condolences to bereaved families. Praying for speedy recovery of the injured. The entire nation stands in solidarity with the families in this hour of grief,” another thread of his tweet mentioned.
